            What if I find any transaction missing from my account?

            Most of the times the transactions are accurately captured and attributed to us by the merchants. But in very rare cases some transaction get missed out by the merchant's tracking platforms. In case you find any of your transactions missing from your transaction reports, you can report to us for current month maximum by 3rd of the next month. No missing queries will be entertained after 3rd of the next month for previous month.

            For example 1: if a missing transaction which has date of order 1 Jan, you can report the same to us max by 3rd Feb. However, we will not entertain missing transaction request if you send the same to us after 3rd of Feb.

            Example 2: if a missing transaction which has date of order 31 Jan, you can report the same to us max by 3rd Feb. However, we will not entertain missing transaction request if you send the same to us after 3rd of Feb.
