Beyond SaaS Monthly Maintenance
For Beyond SaaS Solution customers, we will be performing regular server maintenance at 8:00 PM MT on the 2nd Sunday every month. The maintenance consists of server security updates and patches and will not include DAKCS software updates. Your Beyond and/or Sting version will not change. There will be a very short window where your server may be unavailable while it reboots. Any outages longer than one hour will be outlined in each maintenance reminder email.

We are making some changes to Beyond so all payment processing will be routed through our new cloud infrastructure. These changes will require all of DAKCS customer desktop stations to not restrict any outbound traffic to the ondakcs.com domain.
This will go into effect on Sunday, Nov 27, 2022. If you have any restricted policies on outbound traffic please contact your IT team and make any required changes to not restrict any traffic to the ondakcs.com domain. These changes will not affect how agents take payments in any way.

QwikClient Version 3.0 and New Look Cutover and went live on Dec 01, 2020
We renovated the look and feel of the entire QwikClient site to a modern, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing look. Along the way, we fixed server nagging issues with performance and improved usability.
Important changes to our DAKCS Infrastructure made by December 1, 2020
For on-premise server customers, we’re moving to a more secure and resilient, cloud-based environment that will move DAKCS into the future in technology and security. The only change that your IT team will need to do is to add/allow new DAKCS IP addresses to your firewall. In order to meet the needs of all agencies, this change must be implemented by December 1, 2020.
Here are the changes that need to be made to your firewall:
- allow SSH over port 22 from 54.189.214.210
- allow the following TCP ports from 34.212.19.151

Billing Changes made as of August 31, 2020
In an effort to reduce the number of invoices you receive each month, and to simplify the billing process all Qwik products, billing will now be included on one invoice instead of separate invoices for each service. This change will take effect on your 8/31/20 invoice for the August usage and going forward.
