Darkroom Booth will run fine on any computer or laptop running Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 or 10. If you want to use lots of advanced Booth features (big live views, live green screen, multiple/large graphics), and you want it snappy with high-frame rates, then don't get the cheapest processor available. We recommend an i3 Intel processor with 4 GB of RAM. We also recommend that you disable or remove any antivirus software other than Windows Defender while the booth is running. Antivirus software can interfere with the timing of capture and saving of images. You should also disable any power saving features, sleep or hibernation settings on both the camera and computer as well.
Booth will also work on tablets running Windows 8 or 10 but not on Windows RT.
Booth is Windows software and there is no Mac version. Booth will run in Boot Camp, but not in virtual environments (no Parallels or Fusion).
