Having trouble logging in?

Before logging in for the first time, you must click on the link in the confirmation email to activate your account.   If you have already done so, it’s likely you typed your username and password incorrectly.  The system is case sensitive.  The enrollment key consists of capital letters and numbers.

Double check that you are not trying to use the same log in as someone else.

Ensure that you have cookies and javascript enabled and that you are not in private browsing mode.  If you are using Internet Explorer 10, you might try Firefox, Bing or Google Chrome.  Sometimes different browsers interact differently with the system.  Your IT technician can assist you with questions about your browser settings.
