I can’t find my Certificate of Completion.

I can’t find my Certificate of Completion.

You must complete both the post test/quiz and course evaluation before you can print your certificate.  See picture below.

Log back into the training center, return to your home page and click on
My Courses.  Then select the course you need the certificate for.  At the bottom of that page, click on Certificate of Completion.  The certificate will download as a PDF file, which can be viewed, saved and printed using Adobe Reader.  Depending upon your browser, it may open in another window or be listed in your download window.

Check your computer settings:
1. Windows 8 has its own PDF program and  you might need to set Adobe Reader as your default.
2. You may have an older version of Adobe Reader.  To download a current version visit: www.Adobe.com
3. There may be setting within your browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc) that you need to adjust.
Your IT technician can assist you with additional questions about your browser settings.
