I created a user name and password, but my password isn’t working.

Be sure that you are not trying to use the enrollment key or your email address as your password.  The user name, password and enrollment key are all case sensitive.  More than likely, you are typing your password incorrectly. 

Submit a support request, if you would like us to reset your password.

Double check that you activated your user account by clicking on the activation link in the confirmation email you received.  If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam, junk mail or trash folder.
