Password Help

Before you can log in for the first time, you must activate your account by clicking on the link in the confirmation email. If you did not receive that email (don’t forget to check your spam folder) or the link did not work, please submit a Support Request for further assistance.  

 

If you have not yet created a passwords, please note passwords must have the following four things:

  1. at least 8 characters
  2. at least 1 digit(s)
  3. at least 1 lower case letter(s)
  4. at least 1 upper case letter(s)

 

If you confirmed your account and your password still isn’t working, be sure you are not using the enrollment key or your email address as your password.  Remember the user name, password and enrollment key are all case sensitive.
