Service and Support is charged at $200/hour and in increments of 15 minute blocks for out of warranty support.

    Support Requests for Assessment or Repair

    Please be advised that DLC Technical assistance may or may not involve fees. 
    Technical Support is charged at $200/hour unless under warranty.

    If you are unclear whether your issue is covered under warranty, please discuss with your technical support engineer that is assigned to your ticket.

    If you would like to send your unit/hardware in for assessment, please download and fill out the repair paperwork and put it in the box when sending to our VIC service department, failure to do so may result in unnecessary delays.
