Troubleshooting: Connected PrimeSense camera not recognized by Dot3D on Windows

Troubleshooting: Connected PrimeSense camera not recognized by Dot3D on Windows

Please make sure:
  1. To have all the latest Windows Updates installed
  2. To have a functioning USB port on your tablet (do other connected devices work?)
  3. To have the latest version of Dot3D installed.
If all the above are the case and the sensor is still not recognized by Dot3D, please try to re-install Dot3D (this will also install or re-install the PrimeSense / OpenNI2 drivers).
