            Enable Flash in Your Browser

If you are trying to upload you logo or add your office forms, you may be prompted to update your Flash Player. Be sure you have the latest version of Flash installed before moving forward. If you already have the latest version installed, you may just need to adjust your browser settings to allow for Flash.

How to Enable Flash in Google Chrome (Never Versions)

            • Click the Lock or Info icon located just to the left of the sitebuilder URL in the search bar (this will trigger the menu shown below)
            • Click Site Settings at the bottom of the dropdown menu
            • From the Settings page, locate Flash (follows a puzzle piece icon)
            • Click the associated selector to the right of Flash and change it from "Ask (default)" to "Allow"
            • Refresh your browser from within the Website Builder and try editing again

How to Enable Flash in Google Chrome (Older Versions)

            • Click Settings from within the browser menu (indicated by three vertical dots - see below)
            • Scroll down the page and click Advanced to reveal more options
            • Click Content Settings
            • Click Flash
            • Make sure it is set to Ask first (recommended) as opposed to Block sites from running Flash
            • Click the associated ADD button for the Allow list
            • Add https://sitebuilder.dr-leonardo.com/ to the Allow list
            • Refresh your browser from within the Website Builder and try editing again

How to Enable Flash in Safari

            • Open Safari > Preferences
            • Click the Websites tab and scroll down to the Plug-ins section. Locate the Adobe Flash Player entry.
            • Click the check box to enable Flash Player.
            • Select a setting to use for Flash Player when you visit other websites, or modify settings on a site-by-site basis by selecting a website listed in this window, and choosing Ask, Off, or On (see image below).
            • For older versions of OS/Safari, you may find these settings in the Security tab under "plug-in settings."

How to Enable Flash in Firefox

            • Click the menu button (often referred to as the hamburger, composed of three stacked horizontal lines) in the top right corner and choose Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.
            • In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the Plugins panel.
            • Look for Shockwave Flash on your list. Set it to Ask to Activate.
            • The next time you visit a website that requires Flash, click on the Activate Adobe Flash prompt to allow the plugin, if needed.
            • When you click the prompt and allow the plugin, the missing content will load normally. If it doesn't, reload the page (click the reload FxReloadButton button in the address bar) and try again.
