#1. Via Browser My Telkom

Step 1. Log into the Telkom online portal by clicking here: Telkom portal login

Step 2. Navigate to the bottom of the page. There you will see a billing section where you can easily:

  1. View your Home, Business & Personal accounts

  2. Manage accounts

  3. Pay your Home, Business & Personal bill

 


 

 

#2 Via Telkom mobile app

Step 1. Download the Telkom app onto your smartphone - view this article to learn how to download the Telkom app 

Step 2. Navigate to My Account on your mobile screen. Here you can easily:

  1. View your Home, Business & Personal accounts

  2. Manage accounts


  1. Select account 

  1. Pay for your Home, Business & Personal bill
