What Is the Hierarchy with Locking Accounts on "Submitted" (edit status) and "Approved" (approval status)? Article

When both AutoLockApprovedAccounts and AutoLockSubmittedAccounts settings on turn on in App Config/Menu Editor, an Account will be Locked when it is submitted (Edit Status and Account Approval).  In order for the Account to be "Approved" it will need to be Unlocked first.  Locked Accounts cannot be approved.
