Manually Adding Contacts

If you have an existing contact database, you can manually key in this information into the platform. To manually add contacts into a group, do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
  2. In the sub-menu, select the group you wish to add the contacts to
  3. Select the “Add contacts option” 
  4. Under Add single contact, fill In the text boxes with the required information e.g. phone, name, location etc. 
  5. Once all the information is inserted, complete the upload by clicking on the ‘Create contact’ button.
