How to Share a Question / an Assignment

On Edcite, there are three ways to share content:

1. Share content with our Edcite community in the public libraries.
   
2. Share content privately with a colleague.
   
3. If you have an Edcite Schools account, you will also have access to Shared Folders (similar to Google Drive or OneDrive) in the section marked Edcite Schools Folders. Teachers can share content into Edcite Schools Folders from their My Assignments or My Questions page. Note: Teachers need to have access to these folders in order to access the content. To obtain folder access, please contact an administrator. For more information, click here.
   

1. Share with our Edcite Community:

i) Go to the My Questions or My Assignments page.

ii) Checkbox the question/assignment you would like to share and then click the "Share button".

iii. Complete the details and then click the "Share" button. Your assignment is now shared into wither the Question Bank or the Assignment Library.

2. Share Privately with a Colleague:

i) Go to the My Questions or My Assignments page.

ii) Click the "More Options" button next to the question/assignment you would like to share and then click "Invite".

iii) Add a personalized email (if desired), name and email of the recipient and press the "Send Invite" button.

Note: alternatively, you can share content into the public libraries from the Question Editor or Assignment Editor by clicking the "Share" button near the top of the page.
