How to Navigate the Teacher Homepage

The Teacher Home Page is the first thing you will see when you log into your account.  

There are two views available on the Home Page:

A. My Classes- Each class is represented as a column with the most recent assignments sent to that class

B.  Recent Assignments- all of your assignments will be listed here regardless of whether or not they have been sent to a class or student



My Classes  - the most recent assignments that were sent to each class can be seen in this view. There are several tasks that you can execute from this view:



C.  Assigned Date - view the date the assignment was assigned to your students

D.  Status field - click the link to be navigated to the Live Progress report where you can watch your students work through the assignment in real time.

E.  Assignment Link - click to receive a link to the assignment. This link can be posted in Google Classroom or written on your board in the classroom.

F.  Submissions - view the number of students who have submitted the assignment

G.  Grade - click this button to be navigated to the Grade Report where you can grade student work.

H.  Report - click this button to be navigated to the Reports for this assignment.

I.  - click this symbol to see more options such as Preview, Assign to More, and Edit.


Recent Assignments - contains a list of your saved and assigned assignments. Your most recently modified assignments will be listed at the top.


For an assignment that had not yet been sent to students, you can do the following actions:


A.  Assign - send the assignment to your students.

B.  Preview - preview the assignment from the student’s view.

C.  - click this button to see more available options such as Edit.


For an assignment that has been sent to students,  you can do the following actions:


D.  Status field - this area will inform users if the assignment is scheduled, in progress, or ready to be graded.

E.  Assignment Link - click to receive a link to the assignment. This link can be posted in Google Classroom or written on your board in the classroom.

F.  Submissions - view the number of students who have submitted the assignment.

G.  Grade - click this button to be navigated to the Grade Report where you can grade student work.

H.  Report - click this button to be navigated to the Reports for this assignment.

I.  - click this symbol to see more options such as Live Progress, Manage, Preview, Assign to More, and Edit.
