E-Verify Training and Knowledge Test

E-Verify Training and Knowledge Test

To facilitate ongoing compliance with the Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify processes, EHX has released a simple, in-product E-Verify Training module and a 10-question true or false Knowledge Test, which can be completed in ~15 minutes. Please visit the Support button on the EHX dashboard to access the E-Verify Training module, the brief Knowledge Test, and an easy guide outlining the new features. (Just trying to minimize the word 'simple' in this section)

Beginning December 15, 2021, all users reviewing and approving E-Verify transactions within EHX will be required to complete the Knowledge Test with a passing score of 70% or higher in order to continue approving E-Verify transactions. In the event a score of 70% or higher is not achieved the system will allow the user to continue taking the test until a passing score has been achieved. Please complete the E-Verify Training module and the simple 10-question true or false Knowledge Test as soon as possible to ensure there are no delays in the approval process starting December 1, 2021. Please note, a user that does not complete this requirement starting December 1, 2021 will be unable to complete the I-9 and E-Verify workflow (if E-Verify is enabled), which may impact integrations that pass new hire data on to third-party systems.

How to complete the E-Verify Training Test module:

If a Manager or Admin has not completed the E-Verify Training section they will not be authorized to submit employee records to E-Verify. Please follow the quicks steps below and/or refer to the attached guide for greater details on the process.

  1. Click on the Support button in the upper left menu.

      2. User will click the E-Verify Training button to enter into the module.

      3. User will then read through provided training information and click continue questions once completed on each page.

      4. The user then will come to the Knowledge Test. This is a series of 10 True or False questions based upon the material provided before in the training sections.

      5. Once the user completes the test it will provide a score. The User will need at least a 70% or above score to be recognized as and E-Verify submitter.

Please let us know if you have any follow up questions or issues completing.
