Request for Consideration

Please know that in order to permit you to continue, our institute will require a formal Letter request for Consideration with reasoning as to you why you have been absent in your Program, as well as your plan of action moving forward. Once you have completed this letter, you can submit it back to  advisor@eietrainingcentre.ca


ACTION REQUIRED BY STUDENT: Letter request for Consideration

Email to:  advisor@eietrainingcentre.ca for our disciplinary committee to review.

Subject line: First name, Last Name; Consideration Request for  __(Your Program Name)_____

Letter of Consideration must contain the following:

  • Full Name & Date 

  • Reason for absence from your Program

  • Why communication was not provided to inactive notices provided by EIE Training Centre

  • Plan of Action moving forward to complete your Training in a timely manner 

  • Commitment to communication with the Student Advisor Team moving forward 

  • Signature
