Why do you have to call to cancel?

Here at eMeals our most valuable asset is you – our customer. It is important to us to always provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile. Connecting with our customers on a one-on-one basis allows us to understand how we can better the services we offer to align with you and your family’s ever-changing needs! Apart from obtaining valuable feedback, we aim to provide technical support, answer any app or subscription questions, and clarify any confusion centered around utilizing your eMeals plan.

 It is important to eMeals that all of our customers are comfortable with our Call to Cancel policy at signup. We require agreement to this prior to signing up with eMeals so that you have the option to back out if you are uncomfortable with calling to cancel your subscription. It's important to us that our customers understand and agree to this policy before committing to a trial or subscription. Below is the cancelation policy that all customers are required to agree to prior to the completion of sign up.

Cancellation and Opting Out of Trial or Renewal. You may cancel your trial or opt out of your next renewal by phone by contacting our Customer Success department at 800-372-4811. You may not cancel your trial or opt out of your renewal by leaving a voicemail, email or through our live chat feature. To avoid the processing of a renewal payment, you must opt out at least two business days prior to your subscription renewal date. You may cancel a free trial during the free trial period and incur no charge. When cancelling a free trial or opting out of renewal, you may continue to use the subscription until the end of the current subscription or the free-trial period.
