AccuCampus How to check Staff Availability as a student?

INTRO

In AccuCampus there are ways for students to do a detailed search and visualize staff availability, this search includes many filters such as Location, Service, Courses, and many others, In this article we describe how the process takes place.  

STEP BY STEP

1- Go to Center Visits-->Walk-in Times:



2-Set the filters :

In this screen, you can deep search using many filtering options as you see below:
  • Locations - Filter selecting a specific Location from the list.
  • Semester - Filter selecting a Semester from the list.
  • Period - Filter choosing a range from a Start_Time to an End_Time.
  • Service - Filter selecting a specific Service from the list.
  • Course - Filter selecting a specific Course from the list.
  • Staff - Filter selecting a specific Staff Member from the list.

3- Search by Staff or by Date:


Once the filters were set you need to decide if you want to search by Staff or by Date:

3.1 Searching by Staff:

If you selected to click  Search by Staff you will be shown a list of Staff Members:


click a Staff Member Name to see his/her availability(see details below).:



3.2 Searching by Date:

If you selected to click  Search by Date you will be shown a list of  Dates, on each Date you will see the Staff that is available and what that availability is:
