AccuCampus How to get virtual assistance as a student?

INTRO

As a student, you will be provided with links to get immediate assistance in a form of virtual walk-in/drop-in sessions, those links could be located on your school website, on AccuCampus main page, or maybe you received it via email, in this article we describe how to use those links and how the process works.

STEP BY STEP

 When you are ready to start the process click on the appropriate link, please notice that some walk-in links might be tailored for specific services or even specific tutors so choose wisely the link that you need to get the assistance that you need:

1-The first screen should show a message regarding this specific link and rules on how to use it, please read thoroughly, and if you agree click Sign-In.


2-Now typically you should be able to select what specific services you need from a list, however, notice that maybe this link has been configured with a default service.

3-Now depending on the settings that were set in AccuCampus you might be able to sign-in directly to the session or you will need to wait until a Tutor is ready to see you, you should see a message informing what is your position in the waiting queue:

4-As soon as someone is ready to assist that person will sign you in, now you should receive a message similar to the one below:



5-Now is time to have your session, remember to sign-out from your session when you are done, and provide any feedback/survey if AccuCampus tells you to.
