AccuCampus How to randomly pick students that are currently logged in the centers?

INTRO

When faculty or staff wish to randomly select one or more students that are currently at the center having a session, they can do so using the Random Pick option in the Who's In screen. This type of random selection might be utilized for random surveying, asking questions to a few students at the center, picking team captains for group assignments, inviting to take turns in a game, etc.

STEP BY STEP


1-Go to Center Visits--> Who's in screen:
On this screen you can see all students that are signed in the school, you can use the filters on the right to filter just a particular location and/or event as needed, next click the Random Pick button.






















2-Select how many people you want to select randomly (for this example it is set to 2):




3- Review the list created by AccuCampus with random users. 



This feature ensures a fair and unbias selection of users for certain activities within centers and locations.
