AccuCampus How to restrict view/edit Action Items based on roles?

INTRO

In AccuCampus users can be linked to Action Items they need to complete, these are nothing more than tasks and goals that would help them succeed, these Action Items can be restricted from showing or from being able to be changes based on users roles, in this article we will explain this process.

STEP BY STEP

1-Go to Action Plan--> Action Items:


2- Create a new Action Item or edit a current one:
To make a new one click on "Create Action Item", to edit an existing one click on the name of the Action Item.

Go to the Privacy section:
In this section you can restrict the view/edit actions for this Action Item to specific roles, so someone without the appropriate role will be able to see or change it.




Try it logging in without the proper role, you should be prevented from accessing it .
