AccuCampus How to track users actions in the system ?

INTRO

In AccuCampus there is a logbook that contains every action from every user in the system, this includes adding, editing, or deleting information. This logbook allows tracing all that happens in the system , in this article we explain how to consult the logbook.

STEP BY STEP

1-Go to Advanced Options-->Settings and click on "View Audits":



In this screen, you can filter all the logs by :

  • User - Select a specific user from the list to see all actions related to that user.
  • Time Range - Please select a time range to see all logs that happened in such range.
  • Resource - Please select from a list of Resources such as Action Items, Appointments, or  Beacons to see information related to specific topics.
  • Action - Please select a specific action from a list such as Check-in a Media Item, or Create a Tag to see logs related to those actions only.
  • Applied on type - Please select from a list of Categories.
  • Applied on entity - Please select from a list of Entities the one which applies, an entity is an object within AccuCampus such as a user, or a specific Course.
  • SEARCH - Please click this button to execute the search using the filters selected above
  • CLEAR FILTERS - Please click this button to clear the filters selected above.


If you want to search globally everything that happened in a time range select nothing but the Start and End time, this is an example of the resultant log lists :





- Please notice that when adding filters you can search deeply very specific information,  for example, who created an Action-Item in the last 2 days:


The same way you can see who created an appointment in specific days:
