Accudemia: How do I send scheduled reports with personalized assessments information to users?
Introduction
In Accudemia, Instructors/Administrators can create Assessment Surveys that can be applied to session logs. This article explains how to create personalized scheduled reports that will be sent out periodically.
Step-by-Step
Requirements: Some of the actions explained here may require special permissions. Contact an administrator to be granted these permissions.
1. Go to Reports and select any of the 3 Assessment reports. Depending on what is required, this method applies to any:
2. Create the filters as needed in the report
3. Schedule the report
Click on the Schedule Report button, and set a name for the report.
Set the schedule timetable, as in whether it executes daily, weekly, or monthly, as well as what time it executes.

In the recipients dropdown, select "All active instructors" or "All active tutors" as needed.
Accudemia will only send the information that belongs to each individual.
Now enable some, or all of the checkboxes to send individual messages as needed.
