Accudemia: How do I add or remove offered services from a tutor's schedule?

Introduction

Any time a service is added or removed from a Center in Accudemia, the tutors' schedules will need to be edited to reflect that change. This article will explain how to edit a tutor's schedule to accurately reflect the services they can help with.

Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to Center Attendance > Tutors Schedule on the home page.



2. Select the Center, edit mode, tutor and term to be edited.

NOTE: To edit a tutor's schedule for an entire semester, choose "Term mode" under EDIT MODE. This will have to be done for each tutor individually.




3. Click and drag the mouse over the desired blocks of time.



4. Choose whether to add all available services, remove all services, or add a custom number of services, then click the Save button.



NOTE: This process will need to be repeated for every tutor.
