Introduction

With Accudemia, there are several ways to connect to Zoom meetings as a tutor. The typical way is to click the Join Session button on the home screen, but if that isn't working for any reason, these alternatives will work. This article will explain two alternative ways to join a Zoom meeting as a tutor.

Step-by-Step

Connecting from the Zoom app

1. Find Zoom on the computer, open it, and log in.



2. Click on the daily session to link with the student(s).


Typically, these will be named something like "Session Tues. Nov. 10."

NOTE: If the daily session link isn't visible, it's because this Zoom account isn't integrated with Accudemia. An administrator will be able to fix this, but in the meantime, connect to Zoom meetings using the next method.

Connect using "Join Session as Host" in Accudemia

1. Log in to Accudemia, click on the account name, then select "Preferences."



2. Select "Virtual Meetings."



3. Select the session from the dropdown menu, then click on the "Join as Host" link to connect with the student.
