Accudemia: How do I create and edit referral templates?


Accudemia has a referral system that can be customized to meet different needs. For example, a referral template can be created for handling student misconduct in the same way that one can be created for rewarding excellent student performance. This article will explain how to access the referral templates, as well as how to edit or create them.

Note: Only administrators can create or edit referral templates.


1. Navigate to Administration > Advanced > Referral Templates on the home page.

2. Click the blue + New Template button.

3. Begin creating a new Referral Template by naming it and writing a description for its use under "Instructions."

For example, if this referral is being created for student misconduct, write in the Instructions that this referral is to be used for that purpose.

4. Edit or create new questions, these can be made text-based, multiple-choice, required, and more.

5. Click the blue Save Changes button at the top of the screen when finished.

Under Class Attendance on the home page, there will now be a 'Referrals" option that manages the referrals sent to each center.
