Accudemia: How do I find an existing user within the system?

This article explains how to find an existing user in Accudemia.

Step-by-Step

1. Log into Accudemia.



2. Click on Administration.





3. Choose "User Accounts."




















4. Search for the user by inputting the following data into the search system:
  1. first name, last name
  2. User ID
  3. Roles


If the user does not appear, double check that the information input in step 4 is correct. If they still do not come up, then it's likely that the user does not exist in the system yet.
