Accudemia: How do I only show available tutors on the Sign-in Station?

Introduction

By default, Accudemia will list every single tutor on the Sign-in Station; however, there is an option to only show tutors who are currently active. This article will explain how to enable this feature.

Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to Administration > Control Panel on the home page.

2. Select the "Walk-Ins" module, then choose a Center from the dropdown menu and click View Settings. 

3. Scroll down to the "Tutors" section and set the "Availability" dropdown to "Use Schedule Information."

4. When finished, click Save Changes at the top of the page and check to see if whether Accudemia only lists active tutors on the Sign-in Station.
