AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to Add an Action Item to a Student Plan

Step 1:      Click on the Success Plans console


Step 2:      Click on Student Plans


Step 3: Click on the ... button next to 'Student'


Step 4:      Select a Student and Click OK


Step 5:      Click Add New Assignment(s)


Step 6:      Select the Action Items radio button and Click Select


Step 7:      Select the Action Type Item(s) and Click Close


Step 8:      Select the Date Due and fill out Assignment Notes. Click Assign


Step 9:      You will see the Action Item Assigned to the Student
