AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to Add an Action Package to a Student Plan

Step 1:      Click on the Success Plans Console


Step 2:      Click on Student Plans


Step 3:      Click on the ... button next to 'Student'


Step 4:      Select a Student and Click OK


Step 5:      Click 'Add New Assignment(s)'


Step 6:      Select the Action Package radio button and Click Select


Step 7:      Select the Action Package and Click OK


Step 8:       Select the Date Due and fill out Assignment Notes. Click Assign


Step 9:       You will see the Action Package Assigned to the Student
