AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to Create a Custom Survey

Step 1:      Click on the Feedback Surveys console

Step 2:      Click on Custom Surveys

Step 3:      Click on Add

Step 4:      The Survey Creator window will populate. Follow the steps below

Optional: Click Preview Survey to see what your survey will look like. Click Submit Survey to exit the preview
