AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to Publish a Custom Survey

You will first need to create a custom survey before being able to publish it. Visit How to Create a Custom Survey for step-by-step instructions.

Step 1:      Click on the Feedback Surveys console

Step 2:      Click on Publish Custom Surveys

Step 3:      Click the Add button at the bottom of the Publish Custom Surveys window

Step 4:      Click on the ... button

Step 5:       Select the survey you want to publish and Click Select and return

Step 5:      Select the following

Step 6:      Click Save
