AccuTrack/AccuSQL: 'Error #1426 Library Not Registered'
Symptoms:
When you launch AccuSQL, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Error #1426 Library not registered
Cause:
The filer.dll file needs to be registered.
Resolution:
Follow the steps below to register the filer.dll file using the Command Prompt.
1.
Type in 'Command Prompt' in the Windows Search box
2.
Right Click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator
3.
You will be prompted to enter administrative credentials.
You will need to ask your IT department to run Command Prompt as an administrator if you don't have local admin privileges.
4.
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
Click Yes
5.
Run this command to register the filer.dll file - regsvr32 "C:\ [Enter the Path to the filer.dll file here]"
The filer.dll file is found in the file location for AccuTrack/AccuSQL. This would normally be found at the C:\Program Files(x86)\Accu2018/AccuSQL2018 or wherever these files where designated to be installed during the installation process.
6.
You will receive this prompt.
Click OK
7.
Exit AccuSQL and relaunch it
