AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to set maximum number of students in a Student Group in Control Panel

Step 1:  From the System Admin screen, select the Control Panel from the Administrative Options column on the right-hand side of the screen

Step 2:  Select Appointment Options from the column

Step 3:  Enter the maximum number of students you want in group appointments next to "Max # of students in a group appointment:"

You can choose which groups to assign the Max # of visitors property to: Web Gateway users, All users except admin, and All users and admin

Step 4:  Click the Save button
