AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to set maximum number of students in a Student Group for individual Staff/Tutors

Step 1:  From the System Admin screen, select the Users module from the Module column on the left-hand side of the screen

Step 2:  Click the Tutors button

Step 3:  Select the Tutor from the list

Step 4:  Click the Edit button

Step 5:  Enter the maximum number of students you want in group appointments next to "Max # of students in a group appointment"

Step 6:  Click the Save button
