AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to Set Off-Times for Tutors

Step 1:      Click on the Users module

Step 2:      Click on the Tutors button

Step 3:      Click on the Tutor Off Times button

Step 4:      Select the Tutor

                  Click Add

                  Enter Off Time Description

                  Select the Not Available From date and time

                  Select the To date and time

                  Click Save

In this example, we are giving Kathy Bates Time Off on Friday, November 31st from 8 AM to 11:59 AM

Step 5:      (Optional) You can check the Appointment Wizard to make sure it reflects the inserted Off Time

In this example, we gave Kathy Bates Friday, November 31st the day off. As a result, the Off Time is not an available appointment slot
