AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to set the ID Mask for Student ID's

Step 1:  From the System Admin screen, click on Control Panel from the Administrative Options column on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 2:  Select the ID Settings Options from the left-hand column

Step 3:   Set the Min and Max length for Student IDs using the number dial and use the Symbols to set the ID Mask to the standards of your institution

You can also set the Min and Max length for Card IDs 

You will get a message warning you about changing the Student ID.  If your current admin ID does not match the new standards, then you will not be able to sign in to AccuSQL after changing the Student IDs

 

Step 5:  Click the Save button
