AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to show only Registered Activities/Classes for Students creating appointments through WebGateway
Step 1: From the System Admin screen, click on Control Panel from the Administrative Options column on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Select Restrictions Options from the left-hand column
Step 3: Click on the checkbox next to "Only allow registered students to schedule appointments"
This feature needs to be checked in order for only registered activities to show when making an appointment through Web Gateway
Step 4: Click the Save button
