AccuTrack/AccuSQL: Where to find Appointment Notes
Step 1: From the System Admin screen, select the View Appointments module from the modules column on the left-hand side of the screen
Step 2: Click the Appointment Notes button
Step 3: Select a Record to view the notes for that appointment
You can use the filter options to narrow down on a search
