Conference Tracker - How do I manage certificates?

INTRO


In the Certificates section, you can manage the Certificates you have created at Conference Tracker. The Certificates of Attendance are a summarized report of each session an attendee successfully attended and earned credits for. 

There is a separate article on how to create and design certificates.


STEP BY STEP

1- Go to Certificates--> Design Certificates:



2-Options with certificates.


     2.1-Manage Certificates - In the Manage Certificates section, you can view a list of all of your created Certificate designs. You can also create a brand new design.
     2.2- Copy - This option allows you to create a duplicate from a certificate, this is useful if you need to create a new certificate starting from an early design.


     2.3-Print Certificates - This section allows you to generate your Certificates in a single PDF file in order to get them printed. You have a lot of options in choosing which Certificates to print, such as printing Certificates per group, per sessions, per date, and many more.

        2.3.1 -Select the certificate design.
        2.3.2 -This allows you to print the certificate just for a specific group of people.
        2.3.3 - This allows you to print the certificate just for certain roles.
        2.3.4 - This allows you to print the certificate just for users who attended a specific session.
        2.3.5 - This allows you to exclude attendees with no credit earned.
        2.3.6 - This allows you to give credit just for Attendees who have completed the evaluation survey.
        2.3.7 - CLick on generate to create the PDF file with the information.


     2.4- Email Certificates - This section allows you to generate separate PDF files per Certificates in order to easily email your certificates to different attendees through Conference Tracker. It includes similar options to the Print Certificates section, but as stated, each badge will be in a separate file for better management, and you will then be allowed to edit the email that will be sent out to each individual containing their report.

        2.4.1 -Select the certificate design.
        2.4.2 -This allows you to email the certificate just for a specific group of people.
        2.4.3 - This allows you to email the certificate just for certain roles.
        2.4.4 - This allows you to email the certificate just for users who attended a specific session.
        2.4.5 - This allows you to exclude attendees with no credit earned.
        2.4.6 - This allows you to give credit just for Attendees who have completed the evaluation survey.
        2.4.7 - Click on "generate" to create the PDFs files with the information.
