Conference Tracker: How do I broadcast emails to entire groups?
Staff members with the correct permissions can email blast entire groups within Conference Tracker. This is a great way to convey information to all Administrators, Exhibitors, Presenters, or any other group without messaging them all individually. Though, this feature can also be used to message one user at a time if needed. This article will explain how to broadcast emails.
1. Navigate to Attendance > Email Broadcast.
2. Fill out the email information as usual, then click the drop-down menu beside "To" and choose which group to send this broadcast to.
When writing to entire groups of people, it's a good idea to use Keywords to personalize them more. For example, writing "$FullName$" will fill in that space with the recipient's name that was recorded in Conference Tracker's database. Just be sure to click the Show Preview button to double-check that all the Keywords in an email blast are working as intended.
