Conference Tracker - How do I create Exhibitors?

INTRO

In Conference Tracker there is a  section where will be able to view and manage all of the companies that have purchased a Conference Leads license for your conference. This section lets you easily differentiate from regular companies and companies that have the ability to capture leads using our Conference Leads app. Clicking on any of these company names will take you to their company profile, where you can edit their properties, manage Leads limits, and much more. STEP BY STEP

1- Go to Exhibitors--> Manage Exhibitors:




2-Managing Exhibitors:


In this list you can see a list of exhibitors, in this screen, for each exhibitor/row you can access more option by clicking the 3 dots to the right of each row:



  2.1 - Edit Option: This option is used to update/change some Exhibitor information.

  2.2 - Manage Limits:  This option takes you to a screen so you can specify the max # of Reps, how many ConferenceLeads licenses you have and the max # of Push Ads an Exhibitor can execute via Push Notification.













    2.3 - Users: This screen lets you create/manage Exhibitor representatives.















   2.4 - Edit Leads to Surveys.  

















   2.5 - Delete. Use this option to erase that Exhibitor.


   2.6- How to create an Exhibitor:
In the Exhibitor list click "Create":

   2.6.1- Let's input the basic information such as Name and Description, on the right you can select a Logo for the Company.



2.6.2- Select a Category (This allows to organize Exhibitors into groups),  and/or a Booth ID(Booth are mainly used for on-site presentations where the exhibitor has a physical stand or location)



2.6.3-Add Promotional content:



2.6.4- Select what type of Sponsorship it offers:


2.6.5-Extra information:

You can also enter additional information such as Social Networks and contact information :
