Conference Tracker - How do I manage CEU Transcripts?

INTRO


In the CEU Reports section, you can design CEU transcripts for your attendees. These CEU Reports are similar to the Certificates of Attendance described previously, but instead of showing a summarized report of each session attended, the CEU Report will list every successfully attended session by an attendee, and provide more details about each attendance. You can show credits earned per session, the date the sessions were attended, and much more. Just like Certificates, these CEU Reports are highly editable.

STEP BY STEP

1- Go to CEU Certificates--> Design Certificates:



2-Options with CEU certificates.


     2.1-Manage CEU Certificates - In the Manage CEU Certificates section, you can view a list of all of your created designs. You can also create a brand new design.

     2.2- Copy - This option allows you to create a duplicate from a CEU certificate, this is useful if you need to create a new design starting from an early design.



     2.3-Print CEU Transcripts-

This section allows you to generate your CEU Transcripts in a single PDF file in order to get them printed. You have a lot of options in choosing which CEU Transcripts to print, such as printing per group, per sessions, per date, and many more.

        2.3.1 -Select the design.
        2.3.2 -This allows you to print the certificate just for a specific group of people.
        2.3.3 - This allows you to print the certificate just for certain roles.
        2.3.4 - This allows you to print the certificate just for users who attended a specific session.
        2.3.5 - This allows you to exclude attendees with no credit earned.
        2.3.6 - This allows you to give credit just for Attendees who have completed the evaluation survey.
        2.3.7 - This allows you to include the certificate as the first page.
        2.3.8 - CLick on generate to create the PDF file with the information.


     2.4- Email Certificates -

This section allows you to generate separate PDF files per Certificates in order to easily email your certificates to different attendees through Conference Tracker. It includes similar options to the Print Certificates section, but as stated, each badge will be in a separate file for better management, and you will then be allowed to edit the email that will be sent out to each individual containing their report.

        2.4.1 -Select the certificate design.
        2.4.2 -This allows you to email the certificate just for a specific group of people.
        2.4.3 - This allows you to email the certificate just for certain roles.
        2.4.4 - This allows you to email the certificate just for users who attended a specific session.
        2.4.5 - This allows you to exclude attendees with no credit earned.
        2.4.6 - This allows you to give credit just for Attendees who have completed the evaluation survey.
        2.4.7 - This allows you to include the certificate as the first page.
        2.4.8 - Click on generate to create the PDF file with the information.
