Conference Tracker- How do I manage Sponsor information?

INTRO


Sponsor Types or Sponsorship Levels are created in Conference Tracker to allow you to assign each Company a Sponsorship level in Conference Tracker.
In this article, we review how to create a new Sponsor level.

STEP BY STEP

1-Go to Conference-->Companies:



Now select the "Sponsor Type" button:



In this screen, you can see all types of Sponsorship, to add a new one, click "Create"



Now enter the basic information

Such as :

1-Color: This helps by having a visual representation.

2-Name: This is mandatory.

3-Description: This is optional.

4-Importance: Use a number to set this, lower values mean more importance.







Checking the Companies--> Sponsor type relationship:


In order to check  go to Conference--> Companies, edit a current Company or add a new one, and scroll to the sponsorship section:
