AccuCampus: How do I add a new semester?
This article explains how to create semesters within AccuCampus. These steps will need to be recreated each time a new semester is created. To edit an existing semester, click on the semester name and follow steps 5-8.1. From the Main Sidebar, hover over Advanced Options.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Semesters.
4. Click Create New.
5. Enter the Name, Start Date and End Date of the semester. The name must be unique within the system. We recommend selecting a name that is easily understood and follows an established patter as this name will display to users when searching for courses and seminars.
6. Click Save.
7. Enter any holidays/offtimes that the locations will
be unavailable. Offtimes can be added manually, or by clicking the suggested days which appear on the screen. If desired, this step can be skipped and holidays/offtimes can be added later.
8. Click Save.
