How do I handle unresolved swipes in AccuCampus?

If a user sign-in is missing the attendee name or the session, it is considered an unresolved swipe. To correct those swipes, you will need the Unresolved Swipe feature in AccuCampus.

1. From the Main Sidebar, hover over Class Attendance.





2. Click Unresolved Swipes.





3. From this page, you are able to manually swipe a card, or resolve swipes that are missing information.





4. To manually swipe a card, click Swipe Your Card.





5. Choose the Type of swipe (sign-in or sign-out), enter the Session Date, Session Name and the Card # of the attendee. Click Save and Swipe Again.





6. From the main page, you are also able to resolve or delete swipes.





7a. To resolve a swipe with an unknown attendee, click Resolve next to the record.



7b. Search for the attendee and click Save.





8a. To resolve a swipe with an unknown session, click Resolve next to the record.




8b. Search for the session and click Save.
