AccuClass Instructor: What should I do if I cannot login?
If this is your first time logging in as an Instructor
Once in the Login Screen, you will have to input the login information that was emailed to you by the administrator. The information includes the Domain, your Email and a Password created by the admin.
if you were not emailed any of this information make sure to talk to your administrator for them to send you the correct credentials for you to be able to sign in.
If this is NOT your first time logging in as an Instructor
Once in the Login Screen, if you are unable to sign in it might be because you forgot your password or your password might have been changed by the admin.
If you forgot your password, you can click Forgot your password? you will then be directed to the following screen:
enter the following information and you should receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
If this is still doesn't work, you can ask your administrator to change the password for you.
