Accudemia: How do I change how far ahead an appointment can be made?

Introduction

By default, appointments in Accudemia can be made 14 days ahead at the maximum. However, administrators can alter this by either editing the number of days ahead, or disabling the feature entirely. This article will explain how to either disable the feature or change how many days ahead an appointment can be made.

Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to Administration > Control Panel > Appointments.

2. Select either the entire College or a specific Center as the scope, then click View Settings.

3. Click "Restrictions" on the left side of the screen, then scroll down to "Allow creating appointment."

4. On the second line marked, "No more than" choose how many days ahead an appointment can be made, then scroll up and click Save Changes.

Alternatively, if the box beside the option is unchecked, then users will be able to make appointments as far into the future as they want.
