Accudemia: As a tutor, when I set my schedule why can't I select all the Courses/Activities that I'm available for in the Center?

Introduction

When a tutor is creating a schedule, sometimes they may notice that the number of courses/subject areas that they've been assigned is lower than it should be. This is usually due to a mistake on a Center administrator's part.

Example

When selecting an available time slot in the schedule, it may say that the tutor has 1 out of 1 Courses, Skills, or Subject areas depending on the terminology the college has chosen.

If the tutor can help with all MAT and PHY 100-200 level courses, then this is a mistake. If this is the case, a Center administrator must update the tutor's profile to accurately reflect what the tutor can help students with. To do this, contact a Center administrator and provide them with the following link.
